Running more than one campaign?
Parties, PACs, and caucuses run every campaign they support from one Hubble license. Each campaign pays a share of your license's price, and Multiverses are included so your campaign universes can share data with each other.

For example: every hub plus a custom domain is $85/mo for one campaign. With 10 campaigns, that's $85 + 4 × $76.50 + 5 × $72.25 = $752.25/mo, compared with $850 for ten separate campaigns, an 11.5% saving. The discount keeps growing with every campaign you add and stays just under 15%.

Can I try Hubble before purchasing?
Absolutely! We offer a free 15-day trial -- just remember to check free trial when setting up your Federation. Trials can send up to 500 emails in total.
Can political clubs or community organizations use Hubble?
For sure! Reach out to our team and we'll set you up with reduced pricing.
Can PACs or political parties use Hubble?
Hubble was designed from the very beginning to be used by any organization running multiple campaigns at once. Every campaign after your first is discounted, and Multiverses are included so your campaigns can share data. See pricing for multiple campaigns.
How are updates handled?
Updates will always be free and included with your subscription. We try to release updates every month but you can check out our blog to stay on top of the latest changes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment info is processed and stored by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Do you support financial compliance reporting in my state or commonwealth?
Currently, Hubble supports (the great state of) Ohio, but can easily be configured to support any other state, commonwealth, or jurisdiction.
Which states and commonwealths have voter data?
Ohio, California, and Arkansas, with Florida and Pennsylvania coming soon. See supported states and commonwealths for the latest.
Is there a limit on how many emails can be sent?
There's no monthly cap. Each email is billed at $0.0005 ($0.50 per 1,000). To protect your sender reputation, a new sending domain starts with a daily limit that grows as it builds a history, so a large list on a brand-new domain goes out over a few days. Free trials can send up to 500 emails in total across all of their campaigns.
Do I need the Finance Hub for ActBlue Integration?
Yes. ActBlue donations are recorded by the Finance Hub, so it needs to be on to receive them. If your Finance Hub lapses, Hubble holds onto anything ActBlue sends and records it once the Finance Hub is turned back on. Follow our guide to set up your ActBlue webhooks.
Can I import my existing data into Hubble?
Of course. Upload a CSV under Data Import, map your columns, and Hubble brings in your contacts, contributions, and more. Our support team can help with anything trickier.
